More Door County Fun!

Day 2 in Door County! We were so sad the Heatons had to leave us and head back down to Madison. To forget about their absence, we tried to visit some really fun places the next day. ;)

We saw some REAL Wisconsin farms. I am sure everyone out there who has never been to Wisconsin, pictures it exactly like this:

Can't have a REAL Wisconsin farm without dairy cows to make all the amazing cheese Wisconsin is famous for. The ice cream at this place was pretty awesome too! Check out Jenna's excited face in this picture!

A trip to Door County is not complete without a petting zoo.
Jenna kept trying to feed this goat straw from off the ground.
He seemed to like it...

Next we visited Whitefish Dunes State Park, where I saw Lake Michigan for the first time (never seen one of the Great Lakes before). We were amazed by the beautiful color of the water and the depths of the cliffs. So pretty!

Jenna and Daddy!

We stopped at a beach at the State Park right before it started to pour!
Our timing was lucky!

How far can Jenna get before we finish taking this picture??
HAHA!

Instead of cooking, we decided to check out some of the local dining. We happened upon a place where a train brings out your food. It also brought out Mickey Mouse and Toy Story characters, which kept Jenna entertained the entire time we were waiting to eat! The food was pretty pricey, but the experience was awesome. And hey, if a train brings out your food, there's no need to tip, right?

Jenna decided it was so fun that she didn't want to go home afterwards. :)

Those are some amazing photos! I'd love to eat at the restaurant with the train.

Amen about not tipping a train!
